Well Inspection and Well Water testing
Our well inspections start with the above ground well components, we inspect and test the pressure tank, pressure switch, electrical service disconnect, sediment filters, valves, plumbing and well seal. Then below ground the pump is tested for amperage draw and grounding. Finally a pressure and flow test is conducted using certified calibration test gauges. The report is easy to read and includes photos of your system and it's condition at the time of the inspection.
Well water testing is collected using South Carolina DHEC and EPA approved methods and the water samples are immediately delivered to our DHEC approved lab. For VA loans, FHA loans and USDA loans there are certain requirements. The water samples must be tested for total bacterial and coliform (e.Coli), Nitrate / Nitrites and total lead. The report includes a summary with the verbiage required from the government loan lenders, an Analytical report, chain of custody and paid invoice receipt. These documents are needed by your lender for approval. Since we are a licensed disinterested third party, our testing methods and reports are accepted by lenders without any issues.
